This liquid ASU has a daily production capacity of 300 tons of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, with the capability to produce high-purity oxygen. Malaysia is the third -largest gas market in Southeast Asia. Benefiting from its prime location adjacent to North-South Express Way, the ASU provides logistics coverage across Peninsular Malaysia. Its gas products are designed to meet the diverse requirements of various manufacturing sectors , including chemical industry, electronics and electrical industries, crude oil and palm oil refining, oleochemicals, food processing , steelmaking , medical oxygen and new -energy lithium battery production. The facility will help meet Malaysia’s growing demand for high-quality liquid gases, accelerate technological upgrading and support the country’s development as a high-tech manufacturing hub in Southeast Asia. In addition, NovaAir is committed to providing reliable and consistent product supplies to gas cylinder filling enterprises, ensuring a secure supply of products and services to their downstream customers through a safe and robust supply chain.

In addition to the newly commissioned liquid ASU at the UMW Industrial Park, NovaAir has successfully operated three on-site ASUs, each with a capacity of 20,000 Nm³/h, for Alliance Steel (M) Sdn Bhd at the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park in Malaysia. The facilities successfully obtained authoritative international certifications in 2025, including ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and Halal certification. The entire operational process fully complies with international standards, while the products meet the requirements of diverse halal- industry customers across sectors such as food and pharmaceuticals, significantly expanding the company's regional market service portfolio.
